Today I have the April 2020 The Charity Box for you.  Never heard of this collaboration box before?

We are a monthly indie collaboration box hosted by JReine Cosmetics that donates a portion of each box sold to charity. There is a new theme each month that is voted on in our Facebook group.  Each month the box contains products made by 3 indie makers.  $2 from each box will be donated to that month's nonprofit organization.

This month the theme is Vintage Fashion and the chosen charity is Best Friends Animal Society.  We are joined by JReine, Sassy Sauce Polish & Lilly Anne's Garden.  Now let's get to the pretties.

JReine | 1920

1920 is described as a deep burgundy with a copper/ golden/ green shift.  What a gorgeous color!  Everyone knows I'm partial to red and I also love orange, so this hit both for me and it is absolutely stunning. Shown in 2 coats with glossy and matte top coat.  Look at it matte!

Here I added stamping using M Polish Silver Holo Stamping Polish and Uber Chic Beauty plate 1-01.

Sassy Sauce Polish | Groove On

Groove On is described as a lilac shimmer with purple/aqua shifting aurora and green/lilac shifting duochrome and ghost flakies.  Perfect shade to go into Spring and all those flakies!  Shown in 2 coats with glossy and matte top coat.

Lilly Anne's Garden | Chocolate Cherry Marshmallow Cuticle Balm & Lotion

Chocolate Cherry Marshmallow Cuticle Balm & Lotion is described as a truly decadent delight.  A sweet bing cherry accord is brightened with hints of strawberry to awaken the senses in this luscious scent.  Rich vanilla and creamy marshmallow and a drizzle of chocolate form a cloud of sweetness that brings this scent to perfection.  The balm is nice and thick, just like a lip balm would be, and it made my cuticles feel great.  It wasn't too greasy after it was rubbed in thoroughly.  The lotion is thick and luxurious just the way I believe every lotion should be. I smelled like a confectionery treat after using these items!

***Also available as an add on item this month is JReine Fixer Acetone Additive. It's a half ounce vial scented in Melon Mixer, a scrumdiddlyumptious mix of cucumber and watermelon. Just add it to 5 to 8oz of pure acetone, give it a shake and use as usual. I use it in a full bottle.  That excessive dry out of your skin is over! Grab yours for $3 (not included in the price of the box).

The Charity Box is available for pre-order April 10 - 23 for $32 plus shipping, with $2 of each box being donated to Best Friends Animal Society.  There will also be an option to donate a separate extra amount to the charity if you're so inclined!  Shipping will occur 2 to 3 weeks after the close of the pre-order.  Is this something you're considering getting?
